A poem from an experience we had.
“Love your wife,” is what he said,
“Give her music,
hold her in bed.”
I thought,
“He must not really know,
how much I love her
and want it to show.”
He said to you,
“Plan your house,
make it big and warm
Don’t be a mouse.”
I thought,
“It’ll need to dropfrom the sky.”
I certainly wondered
about this guy.
But to my delight
my prayer has since become:
“Help me to love her more,
understand her,
lighten her load
and be one.”
Since that came so true
I can’t wait to see
How the house that you’re planning
Shall come to be.
